- You purchased an IPTV subscription from iptv-providers.us
- You are experiencing major technical issues that our support team is unable to resolve.
- You submit your refund request within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

Refund requests that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

- Our support team will attempt to diagnose and resolve the issue for you.
- If the problem cannot be resolved, our support team will provide instructions on how to proceed with the refund request.
- Submit your refund request according to the instructions provided.
Once your request has been received, it will be reviewed. If it meets the refund conditions, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- If you have violated the Terms of Service of iptv-providers.us
- If you request a refund for reasons other than major technical issues
- If the refund request is submitted after the 7-day period
